      The Cosmo Tech Asset Management Readiness Assessment was developed by Cosmo Tech in collaboration with former executives and experts from RTE, France’s national electricity transmission system operator. RTE manages one of Europe’s largest and most complex power grids. The team drew on first-hand operational, tactical, and strategic experience to shape the framework, ensuring it reflects the realities of asset management rather than a theoretical model.
